Hola?, Buenas noches tengo una ASRock G41C-GS quiero instalarle 8gb modelo de carnero

RAM problems Asrock G41C-GS. Kingston memory KVR800D2N6 / 4G.
Iniciar impossible to team with that memory, even reseteando CMOS. I have the latest BIOS update. It is impossible to boot my PC. These reports are listed as compatible memory list supported by Asrock G41C-GS. How it may be impossible to make them work? Is it a lack of respect for the brand? Where there is support and the support needed to generate prestige brand? I am desperate because I am a seller of computers, this disadvantage is bringing me legal problems, trusted brand and descriptions presented on its official website. Is it really trust Asrock?


I expect a quick solution or a BIOS upgrade that really meets what the official site of the brand. I'm desperate, please help urgently. Regards, Rodrigo, Montevideo, Uruguay.
