I have the X99 Gaming i7 board running bios version 1.70 and DDR4 PC3000 memory sticks.

When on bios version 1.40 the XMP 3 could be activated so the ram clock could be increased. After upgrading to 1.70, XMP 3 will not unlock.

I don't want to go back to 1.40 because the upgrade fixed major stuttering issues with my CPU.
