Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key to verify.

2. Under BIOS environment, please plug USB Keyboard/Mouse to check the physical function of the USB ports.

3. Un-plug all of the USB devices, only connect USB key board to the failure USB port to verify.

4. If possible, please plug other USB devices to check if the USB port is still functioning.

I use two USB 3.0 ports connected to AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac board.

One works, but the other doesn't work.

No work in BIOS screen and Windows 10.

Please help me how to get the second port to work.
