I honestly have no idea. Windows 7 is not officially supported on X399 so I have never tried it. If it can be made to work on a 1950x however I would assume it will work on a 2950x too. Hello,

Due to unavoidable reasons I have to use Windows 7 and Windows 10 is not an option. Some users on below forums have managed to get Windows 7 stable on 1950x + x399 Taichi with PS2 keyboard / slipstream drivers on usb install.
