According to AMD Precision Boost Over Drive ins only supported on threadripper series and the Ryzen X models. Have the same issue. Nobody here answers but I found the info elsewhere. ASRock has disabled those options for non-X CPUs. I'm not sure why they've done this, because the CPUs all support it.
