    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=8535">Lenster</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 11271<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09 Apr 2019 at 2:55am<br /><br />I currently have a Taichi Z370 / 8700K<br />NVME_1 has a Samsung 960Pro 512G NVME<br />SATA_2 is a 500G 850EVO<br />SATA3_3 is a Samsung 240G 840EVO<br />SATA_4 is a 4TB Seagate HD<br />SATA_A2 is a DVD<br /><br />I had my son order a 1TB Patiot VPN100 1TB NVME card which I wanted to use to replace the 240G Samsung. He ordered two of them.<br /><br />I think I have two options.<br />1. Replace the 840EVO with one of the VPN100s and add the second VPN100 which would fill all my NVME slots and then move the Seagate down to SATA_A1<br />2. Add the second VPN100 to a PCI NVME adapter card which I have in my parts bin and leave the Seagate alone.<br />Of course option 3 is to return the second Patriot unopened for a refund.<br /><br />My questions are the viability of options 1 and 2.<br /><br />Len<br />]]>
