Yep, Major issue with 3.20 I so should not of upgraded but thought it would fix some issues I was having. No Idea why ASRock chooses not to have downgradable flash or a backup BIO's Literally should be a standardized architecture for mobo's. Sorry to say that, but this bios is garbage.... i've tested it quite a bit now and i cant get a stable oc with it. Before i could ez (and rockstable, tested with p95) run 4.2Ghz at 1.41V and now it crashes if i start cinebench. If i use XFR/PBO it boosts the single cores at 4.3Ghz at 1.5V and uses 3.9Ghz on all cores if on load at 1.3V. Before it was 1.38V at 4.1Ghz on all cores with XFR/PBO.
