Hi everyone.
When I turn on the computer, the Asrock logo hangs on the screen for 30-40 seconds, and then windows starts to load.
POST numeral is "98".
What can it be and what can i do?

System:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2*16GB
SSD Samsung 860 EVO
Aerocool Hero 775 750WT
