I do not speak russian and there are no Win 7 drivers for any Intel 300 series chipsets except the z370 that I know of. You can install Win 7 on a Z390 if you also install a cheap pcie USB 2.0 card (Realtek) and use it for the keyboard and mouse but you will not have proper drivers for the SATA or other chipset features.
