According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to user manual page.27 to clear CMOS.

2. Please re-install the CPU and memory to verify.

3. Please install one stick memory to each slot to check if the system can boot into the BIOS properly.

4. Please check the CPU and chassis thermal flow.

5. If possible, please change another CPU and memory to verify.

Try different USB ports and if that fails try different peripherals, typically cheap ones have a better chance of working as they lack proprietary firmware. Hello,
When entering to BIOS by pressing del, the PC hangs on the first page of the BIOS
Both the keyboard and the mouse freeze
But if I enter to WIN10 OS, there is all working.
I want to XMP memory so I need to work in BIOS page.
Please help me.
