Do you have a speaker hooked up to the SPK_PLED1 connector ?
It is #17 in the downloadable manual and board layout. If you do, you should get one or more speaker beeps if the board is trying to boot. Hello! I have a problem with my motherboard because it stopped working. The problem is not in the power as I tested with a new one and the problem remained. The only "light" signal that the board gives is the light from the network output (flashes only once).
