When I purchased windows 10 on a usb stick it would not install so I created a new usb stick and just used the windows key.

I've recently bought an Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 itx gaming mobo and my windows 10 installation is giving me "media drivers required" error, I'm using a 2400g for the cpu and samsung pm961 ssd.
I've tried using an MX500 2.5 inch ssd as well and it didn't work either.
The only change I made to the motherboard is upgrade the firmware to 5.50(latest).
Can anyone help me with the situation?
I've installed ubuntu before and the installation went well, just cant install windows.
