I use them on unraid as array with 4 nvme devices. Two are on board with 980 pro devices ( sdb,sdc) and the glotrends device provides nvme0n1 and nvme1n1 with samsung 970 EVO. I mean that fit into the formfactor.

I would like to use the PCIe slot for an M2 adapter
to add two additional NVMe to the board.

Are there any know working cards or recommendations for this
