I only see a single 32gb Kingston RAM model listed for your board and it lists
compatibility for only 2 modules at a time. Quite often this doesn't matter but
given you are having an issue with RAM detection I would guess your RAM may not
be compatible.

You can open a support ticket with ASRock here and provide them with your
RAM model number. They should be able to tell you if it is supported and offer

i'm new to this group and would like to get advice on my problem.

i purchased a new X870 Pro RS wifi motherboard with 4x32GB Kingston DDR5 RAM and AMD Ryzen 7 8700G CPU. But it only gave me black screen and i found the CPU and DRAM diagnostic LED light were on. I did the below troubleshooting steps but no help.

1. Boot up only CPU, one DDR5 RAM and M.2 memory
2. Plug in display card but still black screen
3. Flash the BIOS to the latest version that was downloaded from Asrock web site
4. Reinstall the CPU and RAM

Whatever how many RAM that i installed, the DRAM LED was on (no memory, only one or 2 and 4)
