I would open a support ticket with ASRock here and inquire with them.
For BIOS related issues like this (needing an update of some kind) there is not
much that can be done here on the forums. I am not a part of ASRock's tech support

Hi There.
I'm facing an issue with the BIOS on my X570 Taichi motherboard. TPM and Secure Boot are enabled, but the problem lies in the outdated AMD fTPM firmware. My current BIOS version is 5.60
