The customer service offered a new firmware (43.3).
The EGU Razer Core X V2 is now correctly detected.

You can open a support ticket with ASRock support, this issue requires a BIOS/FW
update so there is nothing I can do to help you as I am just a community moderator.

Hello,

I bought a B650 HDV/M.2 motherboard and a Thunderbolt 4 AIC R2.0 expansion card
to make a Razer Core X V2 work via Thunderbolt.

This one refuses to start.

It seems that the FW of the Intel JHL8540 needs the latest version.

Can Asrock provide support for Thunderbolt 4 AIC R2.0?
