I'm giving up. There's no guide or YouTube video on how to properly set the i9 14900k or kF processor on an Asrock motherboard. I need someone to help me configure the processor step-by-step, including adjusting the current here and there, checking options here and there, unchecking other BIOS options, etc. When the processor is set to auto in the BIOS, the P and E cores run at full speed at 6000MHz, then drop to 5700MHz, and then back to 6000MHz. When I change the processor clock speed, for example, core p to 55 MHz and core e to 40 MHz, the clock speed jumps from 800 MHz to 5500 MHz and from 800 MHz to 4000 MHz]]>
