hello.

i did re-build my pc.

chamged some parts, PSU and CPU FAN.

when i turn on pc,

1. psu main power swich on
2. pc case(evolv x) power swich on
3. mobo debug code displaying 00 and led and all fan on
   but water pump is off.

4. pc case power switch push and keep 5sec.
5. PSU sounds like pin!
6. so i push pc case power button push shortly again.
7. finally , my pc boot normaly.

this is something wrong....


i tried already , changed mobo new same one (phantom9)
i think cpu is normal, can play game and etc.
psu cable is normal , pc can boot.

can i get any solution of yours?
