I had 32 gb of ram (4 x 8 GB), originally 2 x 8gb G Skill DDR4 3600 CL-16-19-19-39. Then I wanted to upgrade to 32 gb and could not find the same speed and got G Skill DDR4 2400 CL 16-16-16-39. So I took out the DDR4 2400 chips and it let me disable the CSM. I am going to do my secure boot now and if it allows that I will then try to add the DDR4 2400 back in and see what happens. I booted into Windows 11 and all is good for now. I checked MSINFO32 and it shows secure boot is on!]]>

I have another X370 and was able to do it with that one so I am knowledgeable with the process. Every time I set CSM to disable the BIOS will freeze when I go back into it. I was able to get an update push from Microsoft for Windows 11 and install it but I know I really need to setup secure boot. I only have one drive attached, Samsung 970 EVOPlus M.2 1tb. It's formatted GPT. The BIOS has UEFI mode set, TPM 2.0 is set as per TPM.msc and AMD ftpm switch is set. I am running BIOS 7.3 and I upgraded the CPU to Ryzen 7 5800X. If I disconnect the M.2 and set the CSM to disable it will still freeze. So is there anything else I can try?]]>
