Author: MacKtheHacK
Subject: 113389
Posted: 01 Dec 2025 at 4:36am

Hi all! I'm getting the same behavior with an A520M-ITX/ac mobo with the same 4600G. I've verified the display and HDMI cable work with another computer. The CPU list for both mobos say the 4600G is supported for all BIOS versions, so I shouldn't have to update the BIOS, which is what has seemed to work for others using these boards but different CPUs supported by later BIOS versions. I'm not sure what BIOS version I have because I can't find a sticker with it. The only stickers on the WiFi shield don't have anything like a Pn.nn on them.

I've actually tried this on two different B550M-ITX/ac boards and the A520M-ITX/ac and got no display or beeps. All breadboarded with only power, CPU and RAM in them. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
My monitor says no signal over HDMI or DisplayPort, but the fan runs so there's power to the board. If I pull the RAM, I get 3 beeps as expected. This CPU is supposed to be supported for all BIOS versions and has internal graphics, which I why I chose it. I've reset the CMOS, tried different RAM, tried each RAM slot, read all the forum posts I could find about this board. Both the 24-pin ATX and 8-pin 12V power connectors are plugged in.

What else can I try to get this board to boot?
