It feels like yes it running well, but the installed version doesn't include Intel MR4, which is important, so anyway I guess better to update. Generally speaking, if your system is running well and you have no problems with
it you can stick with whatever BIOS version you are running. If you still feel
the need to update generally it's best to update to the latest version available.
Each new version will typically include all the fixes and updates of previous
versions so you almost never need to worry about which is best.

Just be sure to follow the instructions listed here

Hello to everyone whoever reads this message.
Is there anyone here who can give an explanation of what BIOS version to choose for update on motherboard Asrock B860M Lightning WIFI with current BIOS v 1.18? the board was with that version out of the box and since there is a number of newest versions with different changes I am confused which one to choose to avoid any issues.
