Yes, including <br />mouse and keyboard. When something like this is happening it is quite often caused<br />by a peripheral, possibly a bad flash drive or usb dongle. <br /><br />If you haven't already, you should also try clearing CMOS, reseating your RAM<br />and making sure all your cables are properly connected inside your system.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=51513">jfialhom</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 113530<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 05 Jun 2026 at 8:52am<br /><br />Hi, having problems with very long boot time (8min+)<br /><br />Motherboard Z790 PG Lightning<br />1x16gb RAM DDR 5, inserted in slot 2<br />SSD Kingston SA400S37480G<br />CPU I5-14400F<br />GPU Nvidia RTX 4070 Super<br />Windows 10<br /><br />Already followed every single instruction to speed up readily available:<br /><br />-Updated BIOS to latest version;<br />-Enabled Fastboot and MCR;<br />-Adjusted USB Legacy support to UEFI Setup Online;<br />-Checked SSD Health (79%);<br />-SSD firmware is up to date;<br />-Checked Windows health and drivers (everything up to date);<br /><br /><br />I just don't have a clue what is causing such a long boot time. When I bought this setup boot time was just seconds, now is getting longer and longer.<br /><br />Advise please.]]>
