Author: Xaltar
Subject: 113582
Posted: 16 Sep 2026 at 4:14am

BIOS version 4.43 is the latest for your board and came out in July so you likely
already have the latest BIOS.

When you say you have to wait 5-10 mins before powering off and back on for it to
POST, does that mean it still refuses to POST if you power on, then back off then
on again immediately? I have seen quite a few reports (from all brands) about needing
to power off then back on again on cold boot but I don't recall seeing anyone
needing to wait to do so.

Things to try:
1. Disable EXPO/XMP and see if the behavior persists
2. Reset the BIOS to factory defaults and try like that without modification
3. Try enabling Memory Context Restore in the BIOS and see if that helps, it
should be under Advanced\AMD CBS\UMC Common Options
4. If none of that helps, try using flashback again to the latest BIOS (even if
you are already on it). Sometimes Flashback bugs out and doesn't write correctly.

I hope this helps.

Pure Power 13 M 850W
GPU : Gigabyte RTX 5060ti Windforce 8GB
SSD : WD Black SN7100 1TB
BIOS ver. : 4.43

My issue is that every time I turn on the PC for the first time after I turn it off for more than a few hours (e.g. overnight) I almost always get stuck at red + orange light status, which I assume is memory training. I then would have to wait for 5-10 mins, power off, then power on again and it usually will POST the 2nd time.

I build this PC last month (Aug 2026). I updated the BIOS to the version that was the latest at the time, which I presume it still is, via flashback method. I have tried waited for 2-3 hours and let it stuck there, no help. Other than that, everything seems to be working fine.

Thanks in advance for any help.
