Uninstall any monitoring software you are using, a sensor being misread can
cause the fans to spike and essentially freeze the fan control from the BIOS.
2. Make sure your fan/s are set to PWM mode in BIOS
3. Check if you have "Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology" installed, if so,
uninstall/disable it. If not, install it from your product page:
https://www.asrock.com/nettop/Intel/DeskMini%20B860%20Series/index.asp#Download

Sometimes when it starts up the CPU Heatsink fan will be stuck at 80-100%. The only way to fix it is to turn it off, and unplug it. I am on the most recent BIOS. 6.01. And Fan is set to Silent in bios. I have also tried to set it with a custom curve.
