I too am having that exact same issue. I got this machine a few days
ago and the app ran fine. After a few days it started giving me this
error. I have to end task to allow me to do anything. After the task
has been ended, if i try to restart the app, it just brings up a
waiting prompt then times out doing nothing. Would appreciate some
