The forums here are not tech support, it is more of a community for ASRock users to share experiences/problems and help each other out. Tech Support will check in here from time to time and answer a few posts but they are from ASRock's tech department and wouldn't really be able to help you with a rebate. I sent in all the documents on time and then keep checking site. now it says Disqualified with no explanation. I made copy's of doc's and need this resolved.
