Hi all,

I installed four memory module F4-2400C15Q-32GFT for a total 32GB of ram.
My operating system only detects 16 GB. I have testing with Windows 7 64bits and Ubuntu 64 bits, it's the same problem.
If I only install two modules in A2 and B2 port (2x8gb) operating system only detects 8 GB. it's the same problem with A1 and B1 port.
Is the motherboard damaged? what to do?

My motheboard: ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate
