Thanks for responding.  I did in fact uninstall the X-Fast.  Rebooted, and still the same issue.  The MB I installed is ATX Motherboard Z77 EXTREME4.

If you installed X-fast lan then try uninstalling it, it will by default prioritize gaming workloads over downloads. It is useful for more hardcore gamers but if you do not need it then remove it. I think you can configure it but I have not used it myself as I do not game very much and World of Warcraft is not that demanding on my internet anyway.

What exact board did you just install? If it does not have a gigabit LAN connection then you will not get more than a max of about 12MB/s (that is 100mb/s). If it does have a gigabit connection then make sure that you have your cables hooked up to the right LAN port.

I just installed the AS Rock LGA1155, and my internet download speed went from 50MB to 2MB.

How can I fix this please?
