You can only do it with a first generation ryzen processor, it's impossible with the 2700X and the board does not have any feature to do it without cpu, so you can use a Short Term Processor Loan Boot Kit from amd.

To get AMD Pinnacle CPU (2700X) support on AB350 Pro4, the BIOS must be updated to P4.70 at least, otherwise, the system won't post.

For your system, please try to get a Bristol or Summit CPU to power on the system and perform the BIOS update by Instant Flash.

Today I buy a AB350 Pro4 motherboard and 2700X at the same time.
When I back home, install all the devices on, but no boot just restart and restart.
Searching on internet, seems like my BIOS version is old so that no boot.
So my question is that how to update BIOS for my situation.
