The setup I had before the problems started is as follows:

Mobo: PRO4 AB350
CPU: Ryzen 6 1600
CPU Fan: Noctua NH-D15SE
RAM: G.Skill 2x8GB 3400 Mhz
GPU: EVGA GTX 980 Classified in 1st slot.
M.2: Corsair MP500 in south slot
PSU: EVGA Supernova 750 G2
OS: Ubuntu 18.10 LTS

Up until recently, my computer had been running fine, but about a month ago, I rebooted my computer, and the monitor stopped getting a signal. I've tried replacing as many parts as I have on hand to find the fault, but I don't have an extra CPU, GPU, PSU, or M.2 drive lying around. I have also tried switching the GPU to the south PCIe slot and clearing the CMOS as per the manual.
