Please enter OS &gt; Device Manager &gt; Network Adapters to check if the Realtek(PCIe) GbE Ethernet Controller is recognized.<br /><br />2. Try to right click the Ethernet icon in task bar to troubleshoot.<br /><br />3. If the controller or the cable is not detected, please try other Ethernet cables to verify.<br /><br />4. If possible, please connect the system to other routers to verify.<br /><br />5.
