Windows 10 is supposed to have all the USB3 drivers included though you may need to check Windows Update for a better/newer one. There are no downloadable USB3 drivers for Win 10 other than through Microsoft as Intel dropped supplying them. Have you checked your Control Panel > Device Manager to see if there are any Yellow Flags ? If so please report back what they are. I have z270 and my usb 3 is not working. My laptop is faster, upon further investigation I dont see any windows 10 drivers anywhere.
