Consumer Protection Act allows for this))

It has been a while since I built a system and had this sort of issue.

As far as I can tell this requires a BIOS update to 2.30 from 1.60 (really pissed it claims out of the box support for 9th gen).

With it not posting, how do I flash it? I read somewhere that I could just load it on the root of a flash drive and it would work. I find that dubious.

My budget does not have wriggle room for buying another CPU just to flash the bios, even temporarily.

Any ides?
