Update BIOS, reboot, clear CMOS.

Re-install Windows again but get the latest drivers from intel's site this time.

It's always a good idea to change the LAN cables too. Its been a week since i got it and the problem is not going away.
Tried installing new Windows twice.
Downloaded the latest lan drivers from your web site
Called my ISP and had em come over to check what is the problem and they said its something with my lan card.

The problem seems to be somewhat fixed after i installed the new drivers but it still happens from time to time.
