Please update BIOS to 2.10 first and then go to Advanced\South Bridge Configuration\Turn on LED in S5\Disabled\F10 button to save the settings.

BIOS 2.10 can be downloaded from the link below:
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/BIOS/AM4/B450M%20Steel%20Legend(2.10)ROM.zip

Please use instant flash to flash the BIOS. Method to flash the BIOS can be found in the following link.

Dear all,
This motherboard b450m steel legend RGB won?™t turn off after shutting down, it just turns on forever.
Seems like there is no BIOS option can disabled it. please tell me how to turn off the motherboards rgb when shutting down.
