Referring your question, kindly verify the suggestions below:

1. Please re-install the driver from the link below to verify.

2. Please check if the Modem is working properly.
3. Please connect the current LAN cable to different system to verify if LAN cable is working properly.
4. Please clear CMOS to verify.

Hi,
I?™m having trouble getting the internet to work recently.
Even Ethernet cable plugged to the motherboard, no Internet can work.
Troubleshoot says that the internet driver is missing and I need to install it.
But I?™ve already installed the Win10 drivers?
Any other ideas?
