According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key.

2. Install bare bone devices; CPU, one stick memory, graphics card and system disk to check if system can post smoothly.

3. Remove the system disk, only install CPU, one stick memory and graphics card to check if system can always boot into BIOS properly.

4. If possible, please install another memory / CPU to verify.

5. If possible, please re-install Windows OS to verify.

Dears,
It seems that it takes the BIOS a long time to load.
Sometimes it even hangs over an hour.

If I can boot to Win10, it take me over 20 minutes.
Is there anything I can check?
I am using 2600X with GTX1070 for myB450 Pro4.
