Author: ASRock_TSD
Subject: 11909
Posted: 16 Jul 2019 at 8:15pm

Dear Skitty,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

For your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please load BIOS default via [F9] key manually and then press [F10] to save the setting.
2. Download and re-install all drivers from the following link.
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X370M-HDV/index.asp#Download
3. Only install one stick memory on each slot for checking. Also try another memory with the same step.
4. Do not connect unnecessary devices such as USB devices, ODD and so on.
Make sure your system could boot into OS with the simplest configuration, and check if your system would still get BSOD.
If not, please install other devices back to the system one by one to check which devices cause the problem.
5. If possible, boot into another HDD with clean OS.
6. If possible, change another CPU, RAM or HDD for double checking.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
