If no success then remove one of the memory dimms and try again. If nothing, try the other one. If no success, try to move that remaining memory dimm to every other slot. And so on..

If still nothing.. start throwing sh*t at it!

If it boots at some point, update the bios to something like version 2.00 if it is older. Newer versions propably won't help with R5-2400G. Then manually set the memory speed to something like 2133 or 2400, everything else on auto. Shut it down and put both dimms in correct slots and try again.

If still no success.. return to the "throwing sh*t at it!" part :D

When I turn on my fresh built pc it only spins up the fans, turns on the motherboard LEDs, doesn't send anything to the monitor it appears. Then Dr. Debug gives code ( b1 ) after that it restarts and does this again in a loop. I checked the installation guide and I couldn't find b1, I presumed it was ( 61 ) so i cleard the CMOS by clicking the button, then that failed, I removed the CMOS battery for 10 min. and that failed. Still stuck in the same loop. Can there be an unidentified dr. debug code? Help!! what should i do?
P.S. while writing this post i checked ram and ssd compatibility with motherboard, on asrock website and they are not compatible, could this be the source of my problems?
specs:
MBO: ASRock X470 Taichi
Cpu: AMD Ryzen??5 2400G
ram: G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz CL16 1.35V XMP 2.0 F4-3200c16d-16gtzr
ssd: ADATA XPG SX6000 Pro SSD 1TB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280
psu: be quiet!
