1. Please refer to user manual page.27 to clear CMOS.

2. Please only install USB keyboard to each USB ports by turns to check.

3. Please download Restart to UEFI utility and execute it to verify.

Dear,
I have got my new PC A320MPrO4, but it's impossible to enter in the BIOS. No matter click F2,DEL,F6 or F11 just no success. Even enter to OS 10 and restart system fail, too.
Please help to solve my problem.
