I sent a letter of request to support back on July 11, 2019. I have still not received any response. I need to get this situation fixed once and for all. This has been going on for eight (8) months! This is cost me money. I don't want <strong>another</strong> same model of MB. Considering this is my 3rd (2nd replacement) I don't want a 4th. I want to change this out for another model. I would just buy another MB but I don't want to be stuck holding this one I have already well overpaid for.<br /><br />Is there anyone who can help?]]>
