Thank you for posting your query to ASRock forum.
Regarding your question about the restart, kindly check a few points below:
1. Please make sure that the driver from the link below is downloaded and installed.
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/AMD/AllIn1/AllIn1(v18.50.16.01_WHQL).zip
2. Please make sure that CPU has enough CPU cooling.
3. Please try with one memory module installed.
4. Please load the BIOS to default by F9 and F10 button.

If the problem persists, please let us know the information below:
1. Windows version(19H1 or RS5)
2. BIOS version.

I have a new unit Deskmini A300 with:
Ryzen 3 2200G
Team DDR4 4Gb x 2 2400
Apacher 240gb SSD
Working fine but,
When i run Performance Test by PassMark, always restart during 2D Graphic Testing @ Windows Interface testing. Anyone have the same issue?
