Assuming the initial file was somehow corrupted.

Running Ryzen 5 3600 and happy to report that I can now set my memory speed properly as well and the system is stable. First AMD for me and I am thrilled with the performance.
Both bios files are in the root?

And too little infos, what CPU and RAM is used?
Maybe the bios decides not to update to the newer version because you are not using a Matisse CPU...(ok, that's more a joke).

If you do not have a Matisse CPU, the bios versions beginning with AMD AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.1 are a waste of time!

I put the old BIOS back on the same drive and it can see that but not the new one (which is also on there as well). It's weird. It will see 3.40 but not 3.50. Not sure why but at least I know it is reading the drive.

Still having some issues getting memory up to 3200 so I wanted to upgrade to 3.5 to see if that would help. Downloaded and extracted to same drive I used for 3.4 (I wiped the drive first) and it is FAT32. When I go into the Instant Flash I get the "No image file detected" message.

Not sure what has changed (and I did do the driver install it recommended as well). Any idea on what the issue might be?

Thanks,

Matt
