I already tried this, def memory settings, swapped, ran one at a time. I have a motherboard installed AB350M Pro4 and last bios 5.90 https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/AB350M%20Pro4/index.ru.asp#BIOS
installed a new processor ryzen 3600 when you turn on the video card rtx 2060 fans are working at 100%, after auto-restart windows 10 1903 starts up and when it starts up, it freezes.
