Yes you can install 4 modules of 8GB for 32GB if they are on the memory list AND it states 2/4 under the DIMM Socket Support column.
Example: Corsair 3200 8GB CMR32GX4M4D3200C16 SS     2/4 v
or Corsair 3200     8GB CMD32GX4M4B3200C16 (Hynix C) SS 2/4 v

The ones marked 2 in the DIMM Socket Support Column may not or will not work proper with 4 modules.
