Got it fixed, there was a problem with the D-RGB connector using a D-RGB hub and my Phanteks Evolv X Case, which also has some D-RGB LEDs.

So I just bought a X470 Taichi, whenever i turn off the computer, my fan controller and temperature display won't turn off. Both devices are hooked to molex. I've already enabled Deep Sleep S4/S5 and turned off the LEDs for S5. Haven't seen other options in the BIOS which could affect this.
