New build with z390 phantom gaming-itx/ac, i9-9900k, 32 Gb g.skill ripjaws 3200, 970 evo+ nvme.

There is a buzzing coming from the motherboard that seems to coincide with drive usage and especially when any program is launched. It's almost like disk seek noises except I have no HDDs attached, only the 970 evo m.2.
