To clarify the problem, please help to provide your system configuration.
We also provide some suggestion to try.
1.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.
2.     Update BIOS to the latest version.
3.     Test with minimum system configuration. (Only CPU, RAM, OS SSD)
4.     Re-install a clean OS.

You might be using a piece of hardware which is generating this windows error 30, the prior thing you have find which device is causing this fault. I have an error 30 showing and whenever my computer loses power or shuts down to update it deletes all my games from battle.net app. Was wondering if the 2 could be related or if anyone might have an idea what is causing the latter.
