    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=10162">Ray62</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 12356<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02 Sep 2019 at 4:34pm<br /><br />A9: Start of Setup<br />So something is blocking further bios steps<br /><br />- Try with one RAM stick in A2<br />- Change the used USB port on the I/O panel for keyboard, mouse<br /><br />And maybe (depends on what is used and/or available):<br />- If you use a PS/2 keyboard, try it with an USB keyboard or PS/2-USB adaptor<br />- If you use an USB keyboard, try it with a PS/2 keyboard or USB-PS/2- adaptor<br /><br />If nothing helps, check your PSU (and which PSU do you use?)<br />]]>

But ever since i'm not able to enter the BIOS. Now today i've flashed the latest official BIOS 5.8 - but the issue still persist.<br /><br />I've tried clearing CMOS(succesfully) - my system i stock now and the ram is not in XMP profile so i know that it worked. Still no joy entering the BIOS. It just freezez and displays A9 code on the motherboard. Still boots and acts fine in Windows.<br /><br />My system consists of:<br /><br />X370 Taichi P5.8<br />AMD 3800X<br />2*8GB G.Skill FlareX 3200Mhz<br />Radeon Vega 56<br />960EVO M.2<br /><br />Any ideas as to what to do? I'm at a loss.]]>
