When trying to update (960GM-VGS3 FX) bios with the instant flash using USB its not working just keeps telling no bios file found.

I download the .zip file, unzip folder 960GM-VGS3 FX(L1.41)ROM with file 960VGFX1.41 to usb FAT32 and try the update but not working.
How could i update the bios???
